Liesl advised that Board members needed to help Rebecca enforce the concession stand rules and that no children should be allowed in the concession stands, even to operate the score board or announce the game. Kids have been very rough with this equipment and it has to constantly be replaced. To alleviate this problem no one under the age of 16 will be allowed in the concession stand. In addition, Liesl reminded everyone to keep the office neat and to remember that we have sensitive information in the office and that no one should be allowed in the office unless a Board member is present.
Deanna advised that she had collected $2,550 in banner and team sponsorships and that she still needed to collect approximately $2,500. Liesl advised that the League would be waiving all late fees for the Junior and tee-ball divisions due to a shortage of players in these divisions.
Liesl advised that delinquent fees needed to start being collected.
Tammy advised of the coaching clinic she has attended and advised of the slight possibility that Michele Smith would hold a pitching clinic in Jourdanton in 2007.
