Jourdanton Little League Minutes
September 6, 2005
The General Membership meeting was called to order at approximately 6:35 p.m.
Eight Board Members were present to include: Rita Munoz, Rebecca Alviso, Liesl Hons, David Soward, Gerald Zuhlke, Oscar Munoz, Karen Pesek and Tammy Blalock.
Liesl advised that she would like to complete the business of paying on the “Light Loan” before the new Board of Directors was elected. Liesl advised that the League had approximately $11,000.00 in the checking account and that the League had not yet received its “Matching Funds” from Wal-Mart. Gerald advised the approximate loan balance was $14,000.00. Liesl advised that she would like to make a big enough payment on the loan to at least get the principal balance below that of our collateral CD. Karen Motioned to make a $3,000.00 payment on the load, plus pay the interest though the end of the year, therefore making the payment amount of $3,602.74. Rebecca 2nd. Motion carries. Gerald abstains.
Gerald Motioned to adjourn. Rita 2nd. Motion carries unanimously. Meeting adjourned at approximately 6:44 p.m.
