Jourdanton Little League Minutes
June 22, 2006

The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:52 p.m.

Ten Board Members were present to include: Liesl Hons, Rita Munoz, David Soward, Jennifer Carrasco, Rebecca Alviso, David Alviso, Lupe Vacca, Deanna Higginbotham, Orlando Carrasco and Tammy Blalock.

David S. advised that the programs were finished; however, Bandera and Uvalde’s rosters were still needed. The league collected $960.00 in ads and RB Printing donated the color printing.

Liesl advised that the bracket had been finalized for the 9 & !0-year-old softball tournament.

Liesl advised that we would need a lightning meter and a weather radio for the tournament. Rita was adding a handicap port-o-potty to be used at the tournament. Pure Party Ice had been contacted and would be delivering on Monday.

Liesl advised that everything seemed ready to go for the tournament.

Tammy Motioned to adjourn. Rita 2nd. Motion carries unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
