Jourdanton Little League Minutes
September 13, 2004
The meeting was called to order at approximately 7:13 p.m.
Ten Board Members were present to include: Rebecca Alviso, David Alviso, Joseph Meyer, David Soward, Mark Gawlik, Liesl Hons, Curtis Vickers, Tricia Taylor, Karen Pesek and Tammy Blalock.
Tricia Motioned to accept tonights attendance as a quorum of our local league. Joseph 2nd. Motion carries unanimously.
Liesl opened the floor for nominations. David S. nominated Liesl Hons. Tricia nominated Rebecca Alviso, David Alviso, Joseph Meyer, David Soward, Mark Gawlik, Curtis Vickers, Tammy Blalock, Gerald Zuhlke, Oscar Munoz, Rita Munoz, Daphne Shelton, Jaime Ramirez and Cynthia Huddleston.
Curtis Motioned to accept the nominations to the Board of Directors. Tricia 2nd. Motion carries unanimously.
The Board of Directors entered into Executive Session at approximately 7:45 p.m to determine individual Board positions.
The Board of Directors resumed the regular meeting at approximately 8:22 p.m. and announced the following positions on the new Board of Directors:
Liesl Hons President; David Soward Vice President; Tammy Blalock Secretary/Information Officer; Cynthia Huddleston Treasurer; Rita Munoz Player Agent/Uniforms; Mark Gawlik Equipment/Safety Officer; Joseph Meyer Field Maintenance; David Alviso Umpire Coordinator; Becky Alviso Concessionaire; Curtis Vickers Field Maintenance; Oscar Munoz Field Maintenance; Gerald Zuhlke Equipment/Safety Officer/Team Sponsorships/Fundraiser; Daphne Shelton Softball Coordinator; Jaime Ramirez Baseball Corrdinator.
The next meeting was set for October 5, 2004.
Curtis Motioned to adjourn the meeting. Joseph 2nd. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:33 p.m.
