JLL to Accept Bids
Jourdanton Little League is accepting bids for the following:
Player and coaches uniforms:
The uniform shall be a regular t-shirt, solid in color with a 50/50 blend (Jerzees, Haynes, BoMark). Adult, as well as youth sizes, will be needed. The youth shirts will need a team name on front and a sponsor and player number on the back, preferably a 6-inch number. This can be done in either screen print or vinyl, or a combination of both.
Replica caps will be used for all of the baseball teams. The softball teams usually have their choice of regular caps, ponytail caps or cloth or plastic visors. Please present a bid for each item.
Also include in your bid the cost to iron or sew on a Little League, Inc. patch on each youth uniform. As well, please indicate how long it would take to produce an order of approximately 300 uniforms. The opening date has tentatively been scheduled for April 2, 2005.
Team and individual photographs:
Photos are usually taken on opening day, which has tentatively been scheduled for April 2. Jourdanton Little League usually has about 300 registered players and about 20 teams. Please indicate how many photographers you could provide for opening day, how many teams you could photograph per hour and what types of products, if any, you can offer besides pictures. Please indicate prices for all your packages and products. Please indicate whether or not your company would provide sponsor plaques. In addition, please indicate your anticipated delivery date with a photo date of April 2.
Sponsor banners:
Jourdanton Little League is also accepting bids for sponsor banners to hang on the outfield fence. The specifics are not known at this time, but must contain air holes and heavy duty rivets. Approximate size is 3’ X 5’ and should be made with a heavy enough grade of vinyl to last multiple years.
Please mail your bid submissions in a clearly marked envelope to Jourdanton Little League, Post Office Box 552, Jourdanton, Texas 78026. You may also hand-deliver your bids in a sealed envelope to any current board member. Bids must be received, either by mail or in person, by February 7. Bids will be approved at the Jourdanton Little League meeting to be held on February 8, 2005.
No one will be allowed to make presentations in person. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope. Any questions can be directed to Tammy Blalock, at (830) 769-3155.
